Event Policy

BAR POLICY

· A $75.00 fee will be required to open up full use of the Tap Room Bar with the exception of the evenings when the Tap Room Bar is open to the public

·  On Friday’s and Saturday evenings the Tap Room Bar will be open for public use

·  The banquet room will be available for private functions

GUARANTEE POLICY

· All menus and number of guests attending must be finalized 10 days prior to your event

· You will be billed based on your guaranteed count or the higher

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that it may be necessary to cancel your function:

· Deposit will be forfeited

·  Ten days or less advance notice: 25% of your estimated charges will be billed plus deposit and room fee

· Less than 48 hours advance notice: 50% of your estimated charges will be billed plus deposit and room fee

· You have the ability to reschedule your event to a later date

LINEN FEE

· Standard colors available at no charge

· Color options available with extra charge

SPECIAL NOTICES

·  This is a non-smoking facility

·  No confetti, glue, thumbtacks, tape or staples are allowed to hang signs or decorations

· Balloons are allowed

· Use of Johnny’s Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, and Loyalty Cards will not be accepted as a form of payment at Johnny’s

· Massachusetts Sales Tax will be applied to all functions

SEATING

Banquet Room

· Seating available for 20 guests up to 64 guests

· We can arrange the room depending on the size and type of your event

Tap Room Bar

· With a cozy lounge, this is the ultimate cocktail reception area-perfect for gatherings for drinks and hors d’oeuvres

EVENT TIME AVAILABILITY

Sunday – Thursday     11:00 am – 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Friday & Saturday        11:30 am – 3:30 pm and 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm

 

PAYMENT POLICY

· We require a non-refundable deposit upon booking your event

· This deposit will be credited towards your final bill

· Any balance must be settled by end of function on that day/evening by cash or credit card only

·       No personal checks accepted

· All tax-exempt organizations must provide a copy of their ST-2 & ST-5 prior to event

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

· It is against the policy of Johnny’s Bar and Grille to allow food, beverages or alcoholic beverages to be brought into or removed from the facility with the exception of cakes

· $10 minimum per person for food

BANQUET ROOM RENTAL FEE

· Up to 24 guests: $50 Room Fee

· 25 guests and over or use of entire room: $100 Room Fee

· Tap Room Bar - Room Fee $75.00 (available Monday – Wednesday)
